Working principle of brushless motor
Brushless motor consists of a motor body and a driver, and is a typical electromechanical integrated product. In order to enhance everyone's understanding of the device, in this issue we will learn about its working principle together.
1. Brushless motors use semiconductor switching devices to achieve electronic commutation, replacing traditional contact commutators and brushes with electronic switching devices. It has the advantages of high reliability, no commutation sparks, and low mechanical noise, and is widely used in recording stands, video recorders, electronic instruments, and automated office equipment.

3. A brushless motor using a photoelectric position sensor is equipped with photoelectric sensor components at certain positions on the stator assembly, a light shielding plate is installed on the rotor, and the light source is a small light bulb. When the rotor rotates, due to the effect of the shading plate, the photosensitive components on the stator will intermittently generate pulse signals at a certain frequency.
The brushless motor with electromagnetic position sensor is equipped with electromagnetic sensor components on the stator assembly. When the position of the permanent magnet rotor changes, the electromagnetic effect will cause the electromagnetic sensor to generate high-frequency modulation signals. The above is the knowledge of the working principle of the equipment, hoping to be helpful to you.
