Reasons and Solutions for Excessive Temperature of Brushless Motors
1. The supply voltage is high, exceeding 10% of the rated voltage of the motor, causing iron damage and heating of the motor.
2. The power supply voltage is too low, below 5% of the rated voltage of the motor. The brushless motor will generate heat when operating at rated load. The solution is to adjust the level of the transformer tap changer and adjust the power supply voltage to the normal range.
3. The three-phase power supply voltage is unbalanced, and the phase to phase voltage imbalance exceeds 5%, causing three-phase current imbalance and causing the motor to heat up.
4. Open circuit operation of brushless motor.
5. The load is heavy, and the load should be reduced or a suitable capacity motor should be replaced.
6. Brushless motors start too frequently.
7. Mechanical load is a malfunction.
The brushless motor photoelectric position sensor is equipped with a photoelectric sensing device at a certain position on the stator component, the rotor is equipped with a light shielding plate, and the light source is a small light bulb. When the rotor rotates, due to the effect of the shading plate, the photosensitive components on the stator will intermittently generate pulse signals of a certain frequency.
Through these descriptions, I believe everyone's understanding of brushless motors is getting deeper and deeper. During operation, the friction is greatly reduced, the operation is smooth, and the noise is much lower.
