Why choose brushless motors on mixers?
At present, various industries use electric mixing equipment. One type of mixer motor is controlled by a common DC motor or AC motor to drive the mixing equipment. It often experiences unstable speed. In order to improve these problems, the brushless motor has developed the BLDC80 mixer motor, which can stabilize the speed. So why choose a brushless DC motor for the mixer motor?
The brushless motor is based on the carbon brush, which is replaced to promote the continuous operation of the motor. A "photoelectric testing device" is added to the output end of the mixer motor to enable the instrument to accurately measure the actual mixing speed.
2、 Prediction function
Added data unit, allowing for preset cutting board speed and time. It is connected to the driver of the motor mixer. Before mixing, the speed and working time can be inputted in advance through the input unit according to the mixing needs. The design of brushless motors can be arbitrarily selected based on speed and required mixing time.
3、 Control function
The instrument adopts a microprocessor and a motor mixer, with a brushless motor introducing a closed-loop negative feedback system to achieve automatic control of mixing speed and time, as well as automatic control of display content.
4、 Alarm function
When the stirring speed is too high or too low during the operation of the instrument, that is, when it exceeds the set range, an abnormal alarm will sound automatically. The DC brushless motor of the mixer adopts a protective device, which stops working when the temperature is too high.
The electric mixer is controlled by a microcomputer, and the speed and working cycle can be set at multiple points. The speed can be customized and the actual value can be randomly displayed. The drive adopts a DC brushless motor to achieve an intelligent control system.
