What are the phenomena of brushless motor overload? How to solve it?

Brushless motor is a typical electromechanical integrated product, consisting of a motor body and a driver. Due to the fact that brushless DC motors operate in automatic control mode, they do not add another starting winding to the rotor like synchronous motors with heavy load starting under variable frequency speed regulation, and there will be no oscillation or step loss during sudden load changes. So how to solve the overload phenomenon of brushless motors?
1、 When the brushless motor is overloaded, it will stop directly. This is due to the protection mechanism of the drive, which needs to be turned off and then turned on to function properly.
2、 When the brushless motor is overloaded, the driver's fault light flashes at intervals of one green and one red.
3、 If the brushless motor experiences overload, the analog-to-digital converter can be adjusted to slow down the start and stop times, allowing the motor to load slowly, which may increase the load. There are many large loads, and once overloaded, it is easy to overload directly because the torque is very low when starting to the rated speed, and the torque will only exceed the rated torque when locking.
4、 Sometimes it can run more than twice the rated current of a motor, but it can only run for a short period of time. If the time is too long, it is easy to burn out the motor or driver.
5、 After running for 50 minutes, the temperature of the brushless motor stabilizes, and at idle, it reaches about 80 degrees. The decibel level of the motor is less than 60 decibels. After loading, the temperature may decrease because loading will take away some heat energy. When loading or matching planetary gearboxes, the noise may decrease because the motor speed decreases.
In addition, a motor that is very similar to a brushless motor, a stepper motor, has many operating modes, and the corresponding number and mode of pulses need to be set according to the actual needs of the user.
