Wiring method of brushless motor
The brushless motor has three coil leads and five Hall leads, and these eight leads need to correspond to the corresponding leads of the controller one by one, otherwise the motor cannot rotate normally.
Motor equipment is a typical electromechanical integrated product, consisting of a motor body and a driver. The stator winding of an electric motor is usually made into a three-phase symmetrical star connection, which is very similar to a three-phase asynchronous motor.
Because for motor equipment with a 120 degree phase angle, by adjusting the phase sequence of the coil leads and Hall leads, there are six correct eight wire connections between the motor and the controller, with three connections for motor forward rotation and the other three connections for motor reverse rotation.
If the motor is reversed, it indicates that the phase angle between the brushless controller and the brushless motor is matched. We can adjust the direction of the motor in this way to exchange the motor Hall lead and the A and C lines of the brushless controller; At the same time, the main phase lines A and B of the motor and brushless controller are switched.
Note: Intelligent brushless controllers have already appeared on the market. This intelligent brushless controller has the function of automatically identifying motors and phase angles, and can simultaneously drive motors with two phase angles of 60 degrees and 120 degrees.
The above is the wiring method for brushless motors. I hope it can be helpful to you. If you encounter any problems, please call the service hotline on the company's homepage for consultation in a timely manner.
