Precautions for using ZYT permanent magnet DC motor:
1. Perform a preliminary inspection of the permanent magnet DC motor according to the following steps.
First, check the appearance of the motor, which should be free of scratches, protrusions, and coating peeling. Then rotate the shaft, which should be able to rotate flexibly without any obvious graphics card jamming. Check if the motor wiring is secure and powered on for operation. There should be no friction during the rotation of the motor, with bearing friction being particularly prominent. After bearing wear, it will make abnormal sounds, causing local overheating and temperature rise.
2. During the disassembly and assembly process, attention should be paid to the demagnetization of permanent magnets caused by excessive current, temperature changes, and open circuits. Especially for aluminum nickel cobalt permanent magnet motors, they should be protected against magnetic short circuits during disassembly and assembly, otherwise they should be magnetized separately after demagnetization.
3. If there is no special instruction for permanent magnet DC motors, under normal circumstances (such as aluminum nickel cobalt permanent magnet DC motors or ferrite permanent magnet DC motors), permanent magnet DC motors are not allowed to operate in reverse braking at rated voltage, otherwise the permanent magnets will demagnetize; If it is necessary to work in this way, a current limiting resistor should be added to limit excessive current.
4. When replacing the electric brush, clean the surrounding carbon dust, clean the commutator with alcohol and gasoline, and pay attention to the no-load running in when replacing the new electric brush.
