Control principle of 110 series DC brushless motor:
Firstly, the control unit of the 110 series brushless DC motor must determine the order of turning on (or off) the power transistors in the inverter based on the current position of the motor rotor sensed, and then determine the order of turning on (or off) the stator winding, so that the current flows through the motor coil in sequence to generate a forward rotating magnetic field and interact with the rotor magnet, thus enabling the motor to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise. When the motor rotor rotates to the position where another set of signals is induced, the control unit turns on the next set of power transistors, and the motor continues to rotate in the same direction until the control unit decides to stop the motor rotor. Then, the power transistors are turned off (or only the lower arm power transistor is turned on).
The use and control of the 110 series brushless DC motor are very convenient, with the ability to self start, brake, reverse, and hold, which can meet various operational requirements. The motor has high working efficiency, no smoke, odor, and low noise.
