What are the advantages of 90 series brushless DC motors?

1. Because it has the characteristics of a DC brushed motor, and the driver is also a frequency changing device, it is also known as a DC frequency converter. The operating efficiency, low-speed torque, speed accuracy, etc. of a brushless motor are better than any control technology frequency converter. Since a brushless DC motor operates in a self controlled manner, it will not add a starting winding on the rotor like a synchronous motor that starts under heavy load under variable frequency speed regulation, nor will it produce oscillation and step loss when the load suddenly changes.

2. The permanent magnets of motors are now mostly made of rare earth neodymium iron boron materials with high magnetic energy product. When the car is going downhill or braking, the motor can fully enter the generator state, charging the battery and playing an electric braking role, reducing the burden of mechanical braking. The motor has a small volume, light weight, high specific power, and can effectively reduce weight and save space.

7. The 90 series DC brushless motor has no mechanical commutator and adopts a fully enclosed structure to prevent dust from entering the interior of the motor, with high reliability.
