Steps for applying 80 series brushless DC motors:
1. Before disassembly, first check the appearance integrity of the DC brushless motor, then use compressed air to blow off the dust on the surface and wipe off the dirt on the surface.
2. Choose a workplace for decomposition and clean up the on-site environment.
3. Familiar with the structural characteristics and maintenance technical requirements of the 80 series DC brushless motor.
4. Prepare specialized tools and equipment required for disassembly.
5. In order to further understand the defects in operation, inspection and testing can be conducted before disassembly when conditions permit. Therefore, load the 80 series DC brushless motor for trial operation, carefully inspect the temperature, sound, and vibration of each part of the 80 series DC brushless motor, and test the voltage, current, speed, etc. Then disconnect the load, conduct no-load inspection tests separately, measure no-load current and no-load loss, and keep records.
6. Cut off the power, remove the external wiring, and keep a record.
7. Choose a multimeter to test insulation resistance. In order to compare the insulation resistance values measured during the last maintenance, determine the insulation change trend and insulation state, the insulation resistance values measured at different temperatures should be converted to the same temperature, generally 75 ℃.
8. Test the absorption rate K. When the absorption rate is greater than 1.33, it means that the insulation of the DC brushless motor is not affected by moisture or the degree of moisture is not severe. In order to compare with previous data, the absorbance measured at any temperature should also be converted to the same temperature.
9. After checking all issues, address any problems found, completely reassemble, and conduct inspections.
